November 15 was Pastor Bill's birthday. This special podium was
made by Everett Sollars and we all had an opportunity to see it
while it was in the church foyer.
This poem was also presented to Pastor Bill, written by Everett Sollars:
"Behind this podium
Which was soon to be tossed,
Stands a man of God
With a heart for the lost.
Like Jesus, it has been
Resurrected to life,
So proclaim the gospel
And win souls to Christ!
When you are preparing a sermon
or just enjoying the Word,
We'll give thanks you were called
To shepherd this herd."
