Prayer
Let us be a church that does not just make plans, which we then ask god to bless. Let us be a community of believers in Jesus Christ, who present ourselves to God first, asking Him to give us His burdens and desires, in line with what the scriptures teach us. Let us find out what God is doing, and prayerfully join Him in that endeavor. Biblical success is assured if we are doing what He asks us to do.

Still Looking ...
Volunteers are still needed to help with snacks for our TeamKID program on Wednesday evenings. You will volunteer on a 2-week rotation and will provide snacks to the children in TeamKID. Please contact Linda Sourbeck if you can help. Thank you.

Transcriptionist Needed
If you have a few hours to volunteer to transcribe an audio CD
into a Word document, please contact Pastor Bill.

"Somehow, not only for Christmas
But all the long year through,
The joy that you give to others
Is the joy that comes back to you.
And the more you spend in blessing
The poor and the lonely and sad,
The more of your heart's possessions
Return to make you glad"
-John Greenleaf Whittier-
