Sermon by Pastor Bill Connell
"God Is In Control" - Psalm 139
Special Call to Prayer
From time to time we stress the importance of gathering for prayer as a group to present the needs of our congregation and our nation to the Lord God. We are meeting this evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m. for this purpose. We hope to see you then.
We're Still Missing You ...
If you've not yet turned in your information for the church directory, please do so ASAP. Forms are located on the literature table in the foyer. Also, if you've not yet had your picture taken, please see Clyde or Louise Moore.
"One of the highest of human duties is the duty of encouragement ... It is easy to laugh at men's ideals; it is easy to pour cold water on their enthusiasm; it is easy to discourage others. The world is full of discouragers. We have a Christian duty to encourage one another. Many times a word of praise or thanks or appreciation or cheer has kept a man on his feet. BLESSED is the man who speaks such a word."

Thoughts to Ponder...
Stirring up another person's anger also produces strife
Proverbs 30:33 'For as churning the milk produces butter, and as twisting the nose produces blood, so stirring up anger produces strife'
